Melodicly and structurally, this sounds really good! I'm really only docking off 1/2 a star for technical reasons. During the drops, the kick drum is very quiet and the mix gets just a little cluttered. To fix the kick drum issue, try sidechain ducking the audio of the bass and synths to the kick to give the song a pumping motion and to give the kick some room to punch through. And to fix the mix in the drops, make sure to EQ out unnecessary frequencies (like cutting the lows out of leads and other non-bass synths) and maybe adjusting some clashing frequency ranges between the different synths. You can also experiment a little with gain staging and moving some components to different parts of the stereo field. Overall, this is a great start!

ElectroFireMusic responds:

Omg thank you! I really have a hard time with the EQ, I understand how to use it, I just always forget it. I recently had this song listened to two Labels, (One of them being Monstercat), they both passed, but it took them a LONG TIME to respond, so I know I was doing something wrong, but I couldn't tell what. Next song drop I hope soon, I always forget I have a Newgrounds, so hopefully I remember and maybe it'll be better 👍🏼

Thank youuu! ❤️

Damn good song. Is this Wings of Ash guy famous or something?

Linearity responds:

I wish

You're really improving! This sounds great. I love the vibe of this song! Keep it up!

Zeddius responds:

Thanks for the feedback. Looking forward to- actually nevermind.

I like the sound design in the drop! Kinda lost the drums a bit, but still very good!

Zeddius responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I always appreciate someone trying to help out. Also funny thing, the 'sound design' in the drops are just sliced up bass loops (obviously that I'm allowed to use). This was only really a quick song, very empty, but thanks again for the feedback!

Amazing melodic drop! And Sanelity’s cinematic work is beautiful as always! This collab is such an amazing piece of work!

edexy responds:

Thank you so much for your feedback!

I can hear the improvement over the last track. It’s a bop! Reminds me of old Bossfight a bit. Can’t wait to hear what else you make.

ParthibYT responds:

Thank you! I'm trying to experiment with different genres that I like, and I don't really focus on producing music that often, mainly due to outside reasons, so it might take a while for my next demo track to come out, whenever that is. But still, thanks for the feedback! :)

Definitely a 9/10! Mixing and mastering are my only criticisms. But it’s really catchy! Very well done overall. Keep up the work.

ParthibYT responds:

Thanks! I'm not really the best at mixing or mastering, especially since I usually make my songs in one sitting for pretty obvious reasons, that being me using FL Studio Demo lmao.

Pulled off that tempo change really well.

Zoftle responds:

Hell yeah! Thanks so much!

Kinda sounds like Geoplex! I love the style. Takes me back to when I first started listening to dnb!

Qshunt responds:

Thanks!
I've been listening to a bit of Geoplex recently. That was the inspiration for this!
Thanks for noticing :)
